Our Kids Programs are the perfect way for children to get their bodies moving after a long day of school. Our programs are designed to help kids achieve fitness while never losing sight of what is most important for this age group: Challenge and Fun. All classes include Flexibility, Agility, Cardio and Core masked in the form of games and sports. If age and ability permits we also begin to introduce children to weight training to prepare them for our teen/athlete classes.
Our signature program for teen and athlete development. This Sport Specific/Individual Program training always includes Flexibility, Agility, Cardio and Core on our indoor turf, followed by an individual Strength & Conditioning program with trainer Supervision.
